October Quick Update

Good Afternoon Residents!

Some of you may have noticed these signs posted on the Retention Pond property as of this past weekend. It was advised by our insurance company to post Private Property signs as an act of due diligence, on the Association’s part, in lieu of fencing in the land for safety and security. We are aware that residents don’t spend time on this property but this covers us in all arenas for all person’s who may enter the property. We posted the signs in areas that were deemed easily accessible by the public, non-members of the community, and markers of specific property corners that would allow for easy identification if the stakes placed by the surveying company wear over time. We are very excited about completing this project and are proud of the final product! We greatly appreciate your cooperation in letting us know if you see any damage to these signs or need for attention. We are still working steadily at cleaning up and properly maintaining the retention pond. We have one final clean up project scheduled before Winter sets in and are extremely close to accepting a mowing bid for the 2020 season! Once we accept this bid, keep your eyes peeled for 2020 Budget Announcements and Annual Assessment amounts! Also, don’t forget to submit your Communications form by Nov. 1 to receive a discount on dues as well as fill out the email form on the website to auto receive new announcements directly to your inbox!
Have a fantastic week!
